  • Individual teen therapy provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for adolescents to navigate life's challenges and develop healthy coping skills. Whether they're struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, friendships, family concerns, school pressures, or life transitions, we'll work together to build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
    50- Minute Session for ages 14-18.

  • Relationships can be challenged by stress, parenting demands, life transitions, and past hurts. Couples therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate and collaborative space to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and work through relationship challenges. Together, we'll help you develop practical tools and healthier patterns that support a more fulfilling partnership and create a healthier path forward.
