We believe accessing counselling should feel as simple and comfortable as possible.
Individual Counselling
$135 per 50-minute session
For adult individuals and youth 14+.
Sessions provide a supportive space to talk openly, understand what's happening, and work toward meaningful change.
Couples Counselling
$165 per 50-minute session
$245 per 75-minute session
Couples counselling can be helpful whether you're working through a difficult season, trying to improve communication and connection, or simply wanting to strengthen an already good relationship.
CVAP Counselling
If you've been affected by a crime or traumatic event, you may be eligible for counselling through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP).
For eligible clients, approved counselling sessions are covered through CVAP, meaning there is no cost to you for approved services.
